Fluent Japanese Speaking Coordinator / Producer

Our LA office is looking for a FLUENT JAPANESE SPEAKING coordinator / producer with immediate avail to work with us on two (2) animated short films. 

Must be able to:

  • Coordinate daily tasks and project milestones via Project Management platforms/Google Docs amongst the entire production teams, consisting of:
    • remote Creative Director
    • remote Executive / Lead Producer
    • remote animation / visual effects artists
    • LA in-house artists

  • Coordinate regular animation conforms and postings, for team "dailies" reviews

  • Coordinate consolidation of working project files to LA Local Server

  • Coordinate all WIP postings, including IF creative caveats, for client review

  • translate all creative caveats for Japanese clients, and notes from Japanese clients to team

  • Excellent organization / project management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Experience with BaseCamp, Frame.io and Google Docs as project management tools expected

  • Experience with Cinema4D, cell animation, and/or Adobe suite management a plus
