Imaginary Forces, Attik and Sway joined forces once again for the Scion “Pure Price” spots. Director Charles Khoury takes us into a virtual world beginning with the simple barcode, representing the Scion xD’s unique price. The barcode explodes into a complex, chaotic, and intricate environment, featuring hand animated circuits and CG cars that finally resolves back into the Pure Price barcode it was built upon. One of the challenges faced by the creative team was showcasing the hero angles of the car while creating the whole sequence with one continuous camera move.
